US Visa Applicant Services Are Available on Business Days from 10:00 to 14:00

If your visa is approved, your documents can be delivered to your home or work address via courier for added convenience.
A service fee must be paid through www.gtspremium.com using your UID number.

Home delivery is the fastest way to receive your documents.

Alternatively, you may pick up your documents at the Mail Boxes Etc. center, located at Kraljice Natalije 21, 11000 Belgrade, between 10:00 and 14:00 on business days.

Please wait to receive a confirmation email before visiting the Mail Boxes location.
Passports are available for pick-up the next business day after the confirmation email is received.

Visa documents must be collected in person with a valid photo ID and the HAL/UID number received via email.

If you are collecting documents on behalf of someone else, you must provide a signed authorization from the passport holder along with your personal ID.

Please do not contact the MBE location regarding visa application status or document information, as MBE does not have access to this data.
