1. Let’s imagine that a company from Niš is knocking on your door, which is interested in your franchise, how would you describe the essence of the MBE concept?
The range of our services is really wide. For our clients, depending on their needs, we perform the service of importing goods and customs brokerage, for others we store goods produced on the domestic market, pack the goods the way our client wants it and ship the packages to the end user. We also offer various marketing services – production of supporting material such as packaging paper, stamps and tapes, corporate branding, event promotion or use of the MBE Print platform. In a word – MBE takes over all the logistics, and the client is left to deal with the development of his product.
2. What are the key benefits of MBE services?

Courier services are only one of the segments that we provide, and our portfolio of services is much wider and that is the most important difference. People often think when they see goods arriving from MBE that we are a courier service, but we are not. Also, we do not have our own couriers, but the goods are distributed by a network of our partners.
